This project was a great challenge. We were approached to convert this neglected Georgian house into 5 self contained luxury apartments in the heart of Peckham.
The proposal involved demolishing the existing rear extension and garage, excavating at the rear of the existing building, and extending the property to the rear on three levels (including basement). Internal structural changes to the house have also been carried out to facilitate the conversion.
