Clapham, SW9

This terraced 3 storey property in the heart of Clapham needed a well deserved upgrade. We have added a new master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and utility room in the basement. All 3 levels were completely refurbished and a new light well was added at the front of the house.

On top of that there is a new open plan kitchen overlooking the front outside space area and we have opened up the first floor to get that extra light inside the property.

LWJ Construction managed a full-home refurbishment for our return from overseas. We can’t recommend Lukasz, Jo and the team highly enough. Given we were remote from the location, we were highly reliant on good communication and transparency. Lukasz frequently updated us with pictures via email and text, and was always extremely responsive to any queries we had. He was a great partner – forthcoming with suggestions to improve the project, transparent on any challenges/delays, happy to source items for us, and very candid in terms of budget considerations. A true professional. Our finished home is everything we hoped for.
